If you choose anger and fill yourself with it, it is the experience that you have and it makes the world an ugly place. Anger arises from the illusion of separation and always produces conflict and suffering. Likewise, if you choose happiness and fill yourself with it, it is the experience you have, and it makes the world a wonderful place. Happiness is the nature of consciousness and is unveiled in truthful self awakening experience. We need meditation, in order to be more wakeful of our choices in the creation of our experience, moment by moment. The world is as it is… but we flavor our experience of it through the choices we make. And the choice is always ours. Go meditate, you’ll love it !
